7R will be exploring different 'journeys'.
They will be working as artists to produce work that will be exhibited at Goldsmiths in June.
This blog will record the process of their journey & give them an opportunity to discuss their work & inspirations.

Louisa Bufardeci

Just discovered this wonderful Australian artist Louisa Bufardeci. Much of her work is about maps and mapping journeys of different types. She also uses a lot of stitch in her work. You can see more of her work here

    In the top one the artist has made a map of the world look like a plan of a building. She has looked at the different sizes of the countries. I really like this!
